Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jizmart! We strive to provide you with the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, food items, etc.)

Personal care, Inner Garments , hygiene, and cleaning products once opened

Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

If your item qualifies for a return, please contact us at info.jizmart@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

In some cases, you may receive a store credit or replacement item, depending on your preference.

If rejected:

We will notify you if the return does not meet our conditions (e.g., product used or damaged).

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

If cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

  1. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or error from our side, Jizmart will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
