Welcome to Jizmart! We’re dedicated to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery times, and related matters.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been confirmed and shipped.

  1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your pincode or region.

International shipping is not available at this time.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Urban Areas: 5–7 business days

Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be offered on select products or for orders above a certain amount (as displayed on the website).

For other orders, standard shipping fees will apply and will be shown at checkout before payment.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track your package using this ID on our courier partner’s website or through your Jizmart account dashboard.

  1. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In rare cases of delay or delivery failure:

Our team will assist in tracking and resolving the issue promptly.

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or contact details, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof at support@jizmart.com . We’ll investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Change of Address

If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
